At Persian Rug Gallery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your hand-woven masterpiece. If your rug does not perfectly complement your space, we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange on all standard-sized items.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our concierge team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare the Rug
Carefully roll the rug with the pile facing inward and wrap it in the original protective plastic or equivalent heavy-duty moisture-resistant packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label securely to the outside of the package and ensure all old shipping marks are completely covered or removed.
Inspection and Refund
Once our artisans inspect the rug to confirm it is in its original, unaltered condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
